Iedere deelnemer heeft het recht om aan te geven dat hij niet wil gefotografeerd of gefilmd worden. Zij dienen dit dan bij de start van het evenement expliciet door te geven aan een bestuurslid.
3. Gedragscode
Elke deelnemer dient zich aan de wetgeving te houden en zich maatschappelijk correct op te stellen.
3.1 Bij het vermoeden van rijden onder invloed van alcohol of verdovende middelen:
Oldtimerclub Oude Gloriën - d' Antieke Velokes kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor het gebruik van alcohol of verdovende middelen door haar leden en toegetreden leden.
Elke deelnemer aan evenementen en ritten is hiervoor zelf verantwoordelijk en het is de expliciete verantwoordelijkheid van de chauffeur om ook zijn medepassagiers hierop te wijzen.
3.2 Bij het roekeloos rijden:
Oldtimerclub Oude Gloriën - d' Antieke Velokes kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor het roekeloos rijgedrag van haar leden en toegetreden leden.
Elke deelnemer aan evenementen en ritten is hiervoor zelf verantwoordelijk.
3.3 Bij ongepast gedrag:
Bij ongepast gedrag, hetzij agressiviteit, grof taalgebruik, discriminerend gedrag, … tegenover andere leden en/of toegetreden leden is een aanwezig bestuurslid bevoegd om het lid uit te sluiten van verdere deelname aan de activiteit.
Oldtimerclub Oude Gloriën - d' Antieke Velokes behoudt zich het recht om bij gevaarlijke situaties gecreëerd door bovenstaande gedragingen de veiligheidsdiensten op de hoogte te brengen en de contactgegevens van de betrokken leden met deze veiligheidsdiensten uit te wisselen.
Bovenstaande gedragingen kunnen ook tot verdere sancties leiden zoals vastgelegd in de statuten van Oldtimerclub Oude Gloriën - d' Antieke Velokes.
4. Aanpassen/uitschrijven databank Oude gloriën – d’Antieke Velokes

Every participant in events and rides is responsible for this, and it is the driver's explicit responsibility to inform their fellow passengers of this as well.
3.2 In case of reckless driving:
Oldtimerclub Oude Gloriën - d'Antique Velokes cannot be held liable for the reckless driving of its members and affiliated members.
Each participant in events and rides is personally responsible for this.
3.3 In case of inappropriate behavior:
In case of inappropriate behavior, such as aggression, foul language, discriminatory behavior, etc., towards other members and/or affiliated members, a board member present is authorized to exclude the member from further participation in the activity.
The Oldtimer Club Oude Gloriën - d'Antieke Velokes reserves the right to notify security services in the event of dangerous situations created by the aforementioned behavior and to share the contact information of the members involved with these services.
